The following information is needed:

• dwelling plan (in any format you like);
• the year the house was build;
  if there was a big renovation please mention it;
• the compass reading;
  the instructions about taking a compass reading will be sent to you later;
• sketchy plan of surroundings including your house/apartment building, roads, other buildings around your house;
• some photos of the surroundings for a more accurate assessment of the influence that the surrounding structures produce on your house/apartment (you can make them from the outside of the house or from the windows of the apartment unit);
• birth dates of all inhabitants;
  if you know the time of birth please mention it together with the birth place – this is for more accurate reading; if you don’t know the time of birth of some family member, please mention just date (day, month, year);
• any other information you feel necessary.
