The Controlling Cycle

Sometimes this type of Qi is called destructive cycle. This is not right. One type of Qi can’t destroy or abolish another. One type of Qi can limit another element’s power by maintaining hold of it. There is a controlling relationship. We can reduce the power of one element by using another element.
Water controls Fire, Fire controls Metal, Metal controls Wood, Wood controls Earth and Earth controls Water.
